Do you provide alcohol?
Whilst our preference if BYO events, please talk to us about drinks packages if this is something you are interested in. We work closely with Tasmanian producers and we would be happy to recommend and help!
Is glassware included?
Yes, we have a range of glassware that can be included in all of our hire options.
Does the ground need to be level?
Knowing your location for placement of the van is key, and an even surface with minimal slope is always preferential. But where this is a will, there is a way!
What are Le Vagabond’s dimensions?
2.1 m wide
3.1m long + drawbar of 0.8m
How do we book you?

Do you travel?
Yes, we travel Tasmania wide.
Travel is free within 40km of Hobart CBD. $1.50 per km is charged for travel outside of that zone.
Is ice included?
We include 4 bags of ice with all of our bookings. Additional ice can be easily arranged and will be charged at the current price of $5.50 a bag.
Do you need power?
Yes! If no power is available you can speak with us about arranging a generator to hire
How do I cool my drinks?
The most cost and time effective way is to hire a cool room. The other option is to pre-chill your drinks with ice in an eski. Once Le Vagabond arrives on site, there is a kegerator to keep your kegs cool or you can also use this as an additional fridge. There is a display fridge, as well as 2 insulated sinks that can be filled with ice in Le Vagabond,
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, please let us know if you need it, and we will provide you with a copy.
Do you charge a security deposit?
Yes a fee of $250-$500 is requested as a breakage deposit. This deposit will be refunded to you in full unless items are missing or broken. $5 will be deducted from the bond per broken glass. Other details regarding damages of Le Vagabond will be detailed to you upon booking.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
25% of the total hire amount is to be paid to secure your date, and is non refundable.
We will provide you with a more detailed description of our cancellation policy upon confirmation of your booking.
